  Located at 245 El Molino Ave, in beautiful downtown Pasadena, Jasmin Terrace is an Assisted Living Facility tucked away amid a cluster of old, oak trees. Specializing in Memory Care, Jasmin Terrace provides personalized care for residents who have limitations and need assistance with daily living. The Activities Department at Jasmin Terrace encourages socialization and provides residents with an array of planned, stimulating activities. For the purpose of emotional healing, pets are permitted at Jasmin Terrace.

  Jasmin Terrace is a secure facility with a courtyard and ample indoor space,  for residents to wander without leaving the facility. The safety and well being of our residents is the top priority of our 24-hour trained, loving caregivers and health care professionals.​ At Jasmin Terrace, meals are prepared by a chef and served restaurant-style in our elegant dining area. All residents also may access the Facility's Beauty Shop for hair care.
